Nikola is a strategic and proven marketing professional with a passionate B2C/B2B focus in European and North American markets. Currently, he is an ISMS & Campaign Solutions Manager at the prestigious Foote, Cone and Belding (FCB Chicago) marketing agency providing best-in-class work for Fortune 500 clients. He has also been accepted to 1871, Chicago’s Center & Incubator for Technology and Entrepreneurship, to work with other select business school students from the Chicagoland area to concept and develop entrepreneurial business solutions.

He founded, managed and franchised one of Croatia’s most famous music festivals – The KnockOut Snow Festival, in addition to working on a portfolio of ten other international musical events.

Together with his team, they successfully franchise, the  KnockOut Snow Festival business model into four other European markets. Together with his colleagues in  the Association of Croatian American Professionals (ACAP), he has helped promote and enlarge the  organization’s membership and chapter count, as well as organize the annual national conference.

Nikola currently holds the position of the National Secretary for ACAP and the Vice President of the Silicon Valley chapter. He is an instructor at the Chicago Kardinal Stepinac Croatian School 6th grade teacher and Kud Bastina Croatian Folklore Group.
