Marino is a Financial Advisor and Partner of The O’Rourke Group at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. where he manages both Private and Institutional wealth. Marino and his partner have a successful discretionary strategy named the Four Pillars which focuses on dividend growth, growth in a low growth world, income generation, and tactical and strategic considerations.
Marino has been an active member of New York’s Croatian community since a very young age. He grew up attending Mass and Croatian School at Sts. Cyril & Methodius & St. Raphael, and continues to participate in many religious and cultural events. Marino danced Kolo for Grupa Cardinal Stepinac and also played the Brac in their Tamburica band. Marino is proud to play soccer for Connecticut Croatia and will be competing in the Croatian National Soccer Tournament of Canada & USA (The oldest soccer tournament in The United States).

Marino is quick to point out that his Croatian roots and upbringing has influenced his character in many ways. As a Catholic and Croatian, he has been able to live by a set of core values and cultural practices that have helped me be of added value to society. On an even more personal level, it was a motivational factor growing up as a soccer player and intellectual. Marino graduated from Connecticut College with a degree in Economics, and a self-designed minor in Leadership at the United States Coast Guard Academy.
