Dragana was born in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina and moved to Trogir, Croatia during the war. In 1999, her family moved to San Francisco, California where she did most of her schooling. She received a BS in International Business with a minor in Economics from the University of San Francisco along with a MBA from Saint Mary’s College of California.

Dragana’s passion for strategy and analytics, having worked as an analyst early in her career, as well as technology as a result of growing up in Silicon Valley, outlined a clear path of what she wanted to do. Dragana is now the Sr. Product Marketing Manager at Atlassian where she focuses on Confluence and spreading the word on how teams can collaborate and work together more efficiently, a topic she sees as the key to any organization’s long-term success. With previous experience working for a developer tools company, she is extremely passionate about agile methodologies and applying those to every aspect of the organization. When she’s not working, Dragana is mostly likely watching a ball game, planning or going on a trip. Dragana is an active member in the San Jose Croatian Community and Vice President of the Association of Croatian American Professional, Silicon Valley Chapter.
