Andy is an attorney and business leader in Arizona who throughout his career has held a variety of leadership roles in private practice and government service. Andy initially practiced commercial litigation. After becoming partner, Andy transitioned to public service and became a prosecutor at the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, focusing on organized crime, public corruption, and financial fraud matters.

The Arizona Corporation Commission later recruited Andy to be Chief Counsel. In 2018, he was awarded Counsel of the Year for his contributions to public service by the Association of Corporate Counsel.

Andy recently returned to the private sector, where he now serves as General Counsel for The Quantum Group, a national consulting firm in the financial services industry.

He thinks about the recent economic development in Croatia, and whether there were opportunities to assist in the development of energy policies or utility infrastructure there. The National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC) is a national association that sponsors projects all over the world, and many of his colleagues hold leadership positions with that agency. While there, Andy has recently attended a NARUC conferences in the BiH region.
